Mason City, IA- The North Iowa Bulls are excited to announce that forward Vince Kalsheur has been called up to the Lincoln Stars of the United States Hockey League (USHL). His is the first in-season advancement to the USHL for the Bulls this season. North Iowa led the North American Hockey League in USHL Advancements last season with six.
Kalscheur joined the Bulls for his first season of junior hockey after playing two seasons of prep hockey at the Culver Military Academy, in Culver, Indiana. In his last season there, Kalscheur posted 15 goals and 18 assists for 33 points in 45 games, tying for second on his team in goal scoring.
The Middleton, WI, native has suited up for 12 games in a Bulls jersey so far in the 2024-25 season. And he has recorded a goal and three assists for 4 points. He scored his first career NAHL goal against the Minnesota Mallards in the Bulls’ first road trip to Forest Lake on October 25th.
