Ozgun Called Up To Dubuque

Mason City, IA- The North Iowa Bulls are excited to announce that goaltender Kyle Ozgun has been called up to the Dubuque Fighting Saints, of the United States Hockey League.

The Lawrenceville, New Jersey, native completed his first season of junior hockey with a .902 save percentage, a 3.05 goals-against average, and two shutouts. Ozgun recorded a season-high 43 saves against the Aberdeen Wings on October 11th.

Ozgun is the third North Iowa Bull to earn a USHL Call Up this season. Kash Crawford spent four games with the Omaha Lancers while Vince Kalscheur made his USHL debut with the Lincoln Stars earlier in the season. Eight Bulls have been called up to the USHL over the last two seasons, leading the North American Hockey League.
