The win by North Iowa clinched the best of three series at zero-two

La Crosse were unable to stop North Iowa from sending pucks towards the net, and North Iowa eventually piled up 36 shots on goal.

Others who scored for North Iowa included Joe Burgmeier, Tom Lindgren, and Sean Mallonee, who scored one each. More assists for North Iowa came via Kohei Sato and Tommy Stang, who contributed two apiece and Connor Bump, Marshall Barnes, Eric Piatt, and Jack Stang, who each chipped in one.

North Iowa were unable to stop La Crosse from sending pucks towards the net, and La Crosse eventually piled up 33 shots on goal.La Crosse did not rack up many penalties in the contest, registering only one minor for two minutes in penalty time.

La Crosse were helped by Ben Henderson, who grabbed one goal.Henderson scored on the power play in the third period to make the score 5-3 North Iowa. Matt Wolter and Jared Bromberg registered the assists on the goal.La Crosse also had goals scored by Ben Johnson, Daylon De Souza, and Henderson, who each put in one. In addition, La Crosse received assists from Patrick Gazich, who had two and Bromberg, Wolter, Taylor Trapp, and Reid Brown, who contributed one apiece.

North Iowa incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. La Crosse incurred two minutes in penalty time with one minor.
