Mason City, IA- North Iowa Bulls forward Jack Seaverson was honored as the Central Division’s Player of the Week for the Week of January 15th-21st, 2024.
The Chaska, MN, native led the Bulls to a pair of wins over the Springfield Jr. Blues this past weekend. In total, Seaverson recorded four points, all of them goals. On Friday night, he scored the equalizer goal in the third period then ended the night with an overtime winner. On Saturday, he added two more goals, both of which came in the second period explosion that powered the Bulls to a 5-1 win that completed the sweep.
“Jack has been one of our most consistent players all season,” Head Coach Nick Bruneteau said. “He’s constantly one of our top defensive forwards night in and night out, and has excelled as a leader within our locker. It was great to see him get rewarded with four goals. His offensive production has really taken off since break, and we expect him to have a big finish to the season.”
The Bulls look to continue their winning streak into a two-game weekend series in Aberdeen this weekend against the Wings.
