Mason City, IA- The North Iowa Bulls are excited to announce that forward and Captain Jack Seaverson has committed to play NCAA DIII Hockey for St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin.
Jack joined the Bulls in the 2022-23 season, following a 6-game stint with the NAHL’s Minnesota Wilderness. That season, he also was called up to the United States Hockey League’s Lincoln Stars, where he played 11 games.

Across three seasons, the Chaska, Minnesota, native has suited up for 144 games with the Bulls, in which he has scored 30 goals and 52 assists for 82 points. Seaverson ranks second in the Bulls’ NAHL franchise history for career games played, assists, points, and power play goals, and third in career goals. Seaverson has 150 NAHL Games in total under his belt.
Seaverson became a letter-wearer during the 2023-24 season, during which he led the Bulls in goal scoring and overall scoring. This season, Seaverson has worn the C all year and has recorded 10 goals and 28 assists in 47 games played. The three-year Bull was selected to represent the NAHL’s Central Division at the 2025 Top Prospects Tournament and recorded an assist in two games at Plymouth, Michigan.
“Jack has had an excellent junior career,” said Bulls Head Coach Nick Bruneteau. “He found different ways to contribute every night. His ability to lead is what stood out and will be missed the most. We know his success will continue at the next level and wish him nothing but the best.”
Jack joins three former Bulls on the St. Norbert roster next season. Logan Dombrowsky & Byron Hartley were teammates with Seaverson in 2022-2023 while Blake Ulve was a two-year Seaverson teammate and the 2023-24 Bulls Captain.
St. Norbert College is a member of the NCHA. The Green Knights have reached the NCAA Tournament 20 times and won the National Championship five times.
