Bulls Win In Shootout 5-4

Mar 3, 2023

The Bulls won their 3rd in a row in an epic 5-4 shootout victory Friday against the St. Cloud Norsemen.
North Iowa would find the back of the net in the 2nd period when Byron Hartley would send a one timer shot from Nolan Abraham to the back of the net to tie it up at one a piece.
North Iowa would continue to find success in the 3rd when Jack Mesic would send a shot from the blue line on net that would get redirected by Simone Dadie on the Power Play.  Then, 22 seconds later, Blake Ulve would take a pass right out in front and send one to the back of the net.  St. Cloud would battle back and take the lead.
With less than a minute left, the Bulls would look for a hero and that hero once again was Logan Dombrowsky who would collect the puck after it took a crazy bounce of the back of the glass before Logan Dombrowsky would send the puck into an empty net to tie it up late.
The game would go to a shootout before goals from Logan Dombrowsky and the game winner from Tristan Kimmen would secure the win for the Bulls.

Up next for the Bulls is a road trip for a rematch against St. Cloud on Saturday and Sunday.  The puck drop is slated for 7:00p.m. Live streaming coverage is available on HockeyTV Presented by Dakota Fix Shelter Insurance.
