The North Iowa have been waiting to see who will be on their NA3HL Showcase schedule and now we finally have our answer.
The Bulls will take on the South Division leading Texas Jr. Brahmas on the first day of the three day event. The opening face-off with occur at 10:30 A.M.
On Saturday, its the game that the entire league will have their eyes on as the Bulls take on the undefeated Metro Jets in a rematch of last season’s Silver Cup Championship. North Iowa knocked off the Jets 4-1 back in April. The game carries even more weight when you throw in the fact the Jets are looking to break the Bulls’ league record of 27 consecutive victories. If the Jets stay perfect up to this game, they will be going for their 27th straight victory against North Iowa. The league has given the Bulls a shot at protecting their record. The puck drops at 3:30 P.M.
To wrap up the tournament, the Bulls will take on the New England Stars very early on Sunday morning, a 9:50 A.M. face-off for these two clubs. It will be the first ever meeting between the Bulls and the Stars as New England is having a lot of success in their first season in the NA3HL.
