Mason City, IA- The North Iowa Bulls have hired Abby Chalmers as the organization’s new Director of Game Day Operations and Fan Engagement. Originally from Albert Lea, Minnesota, she recently graduated from Bethel University in St. Paul with a degree in English and minors in history and pre-law studies. While at Bethel, she worked as a social media manager and contributing writer for the NCAA Division III men’s and women’s hockey teams. Abby also spent time with Girls on the Run Minnesota, where she helped organize the state’s largest youth 5K and utilized her journalistic background to lead the program’s storytelling initiative.
“We’re excited to welcome Abby to our front office,” said Bulls Director of Business Operations Devon Buckland. “Abby brings an experienced background and passion for the sport that will improve our operation and better engage with the passionate hockey fans of Mason City.”
The Bulls are excited to be working on the 2025-26 hockey season and want to welcome Abby to Mason City.
