Bismarck, ND- The North Iowa Bulls ended a two game series against the Bismarck Bobcats with a 3-0 defeat on the coldest night of the season.
Tommy Cronin cracked the scoring open in the first period with his fourth goal of the weekend. Evan Hunter added a tally in the second period and Kyle Doll capped the night’s goal total with an empty netter.
Stephen Peck recorded 14 saves in the Bismarck net for the second shutout of his NAHL career.
Dylan Johnson stopped 34 of 36 shots thrown on his crease.
The Bulls killed all three Bobcats power plays through the course of the night.
North Iowa returns home for a two game series against the Springfield Jr. Blues next weekend. Puck drops at 7:10 PM for both games at the Mason City Arena.
