The North Iowa Bulls are home for a 2-game set this weekend vs the La Crosse Freeze on Friday and the Wisconsin Whalers on Saturday. Puck drop for both games is 7:30pm.
Friday night marks the first meeting between La Crosse and North Iowa as the teams shifted into the same division before this season. La Crosse currently sits in 2nd place in the Central Division, having amassed a 12-4 record so far. Friday night will also have some fun in-game, in addition to the great hockey as the North Iowa Youth Center will be giving away 4 turkey dinner baskets complete with turkey, all the fixins' and sides, vegetables, rolls, and a pie from Perkins! Make sure to come on out to the barn Friday for some great fun!
On Saturday evening, the Wisconsin Whalers return to the barn for another meeting, as the Whalers are the only team to defeat the Bulls thus far this season, securing an OT victory way back on the first weekend of the season. Saturday night should be another fast-paced game, but the fun doesn't just include the hockey, as Saturday night is a post-game skate with the Bulls! And also, during the 3rd period Anytime Fitness of Mason City will be giving away another bike to two lucky kids!
