Santopoalo Commits to Aurora University!

May 20, 2014

North Iowa Bulls forward Tim Santopoalo has chosen Aurora University (NCHA, NCAA D3) to continue his academic and hockey development. Santopoalo, from Roscoe, IL. was a prolific scorer for North Iowa recording 216 points in 114 career games played on 94 goals and 122 assists. When you look at the production that came from Tim it's easy to see he is a great player. What doesn't show up in the numbers are the leadership qualities that Tim took on in his second year with the Bulls. Tim matured not only as a player but also as a person in his time with the Bulls. Tim can take great pride in his efforts that have helped the Bulls become one of the top teams in the country at this level. Santopoalo joins Bulls team mates Conor Jonasson and Ron Lindgren at Aurora. "It took me a little longer to make a decision because I had some really good opportunities from playing with the Bulls but Aurora just felt right and I get to play with guys I have played the last two years with. I am looking forward to it" commented Santopoalo. "Tim was the type of player that made my job fun and I have enjoyed watching him grow as a person and develop as a player" said Sanden. The North Iowa Bulls wish Tim Santopoalo the best in his future at Aurora University.
