MASON CITY, Iowa – Jason Windhorn has accepted the position of Digital Media Manager with the North Iowa Bulls. Originally from Lakeville, Minnesota, Jason attended Winona State University where he acquired his Associates degree.
While at Winona, Jason completed one season of NCAA cross-country and two years on Winona’s ACHA D2 Hockey team. Jason then completed one semester at Columbia College in Chicago, Illinois where he studied film and recieved an award for a Short Films Social Media Marketing Campaign. He has since moved to Ames and is attending Iowa State University where he is finishing his Bachelors in Advertising.
“I was recruited to play hockey for ISU but decided to work for the best team in the nation. I look forward to working with the Bulls and being able to use my creativity as well as my talents behind the camera to help grow the North Iowa Bulls brand,” Jason stated.
The North Iowa Bulls are excited to see what Jason has to offer. “Jason Windhorn has stepped into a major role for the North Iowa Bulls as Digital Media Manager. In a short time he has proven to have the skills and motivation necessary to do a great job.” said Head Coach and GM, Todd Sanden.
