The North Iowa Bulls are proud to announce that goaltender David Johnson has made his NCAA commitment and has decided to play for UW-Eau Claire of the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. Johnson a 20 year old and second year player from Bloomington, MN has made 33 game starts in his two years with the Bulls. In those starts he is 30-2-1 with 9 shutouts and a 1.65 GAA and .937 save percentage. "To say that David has excelled here is an understatement. I do not believe there has been a goaltender in our existence who has posted a winning percentage like that. David, through his efforts has helped the Bulls continue to be a top team in the NA3HL." Johnson recently participated in the NA3HL Top Prospect Tournament for team Midwest. "David has been a big part of the fabric of our team first philosophy and he has made sacrifices to get himself to this point in his career." The North Iowa Bulls wish David the best as he moves forward in his academic and athletic development at UW-Eau Claire.

David and the Bulls wrap-up the regular season this weekend at the barn in Mason City vs the Chicago Jr. Bulldogs Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Last weekend of the regular season before we head into the 2016 NA3HL Silver Cup Playoffs. Go Bulls!
