North Iowa nominates forward Timothy Santopaolo as their offensive player of the week. "Santo" figured in on half of the Bull's goals this weekend. Tim, playing with rookies Colin Biebel and Trey Gardner, dished for three helpers on Friday night against Minnesota. On Saturday against Breezy Point he was back with Kroska and Marenis and tallied a goal and two assists. Tim is as focused as I have seen him in his time here. He is motivated to earn a college offer in his last year of junior. Chris Amsden is one of the top goaltenders in the NA3HL. Due in part to the Bull's arena issues he has only played in two games. He has made the most of his starts posting a .984 save percentage and a goals against average of .50. Amsden shut out the Breezy Point North Stars on Saturday posting 32 saves and keeping "Breezy" off the board on 11 power play tries.
