Bulls Fly Past MN Aces

The North Iowa Bulls beat the Minnesota Flying Aces in their lone game of the weekend Saturday night at the North Iowa Ice Arena.

North Iowa grounded the Aces 7-3 in front of 674 loud and proud Bulls fans. Six different players scored goals for the Bulls with Patrick Sivets notching a pair, the first of which was the game winner. Conor Jonasson led all Bulls in production racking up 4 assists in the contest. North Iowa defenseman Tyler Burg added a pair of assists which garnered him a third star selection at the games end. Matt Bartels made 37 saves en route to his 4th win of the season. The win keeps the Bulls in second place in the West Division of the 3HL. 

The Bulls next home run will be against the Granity City Lumberjacks November 2.
